Made New Thrift Store is an extension of the vital ministry of the Valentine Methodist Church. At Made New, we strive to make sure that each person who comes to our store feels welcome, cared for, and loved. It is our deepest hope to reflect the love and light of Christ to each and every person who enters there. The thrifted goods are merely a reason, a pathway, to deeper connection and belonging.

We believe that every person deserves respect and dignity and has unique talents bestowed by God. We invite you to share what yours might be! Consider these questions: What are three things you're comfortable teaching to others? What aspects of your life are abundant enough that you’d like to share with others? For example, do you enjoy cooking, or are you a devoted prayer warrior? Perhaps you excel at listening or have a talent for gardening. We believe everyone has something valuable to offer, and we want to assist you in sharing your gifts!

Praises and Prayers are meant to be shared! Let us share in your joy and join you in prayer by sharing your PRAISE or PRAYER REQUEST by filling out the form below. We have a board at Made New that we hang each one on so that others can join you in your joy and intercede on your behalf in your struggle! We also have a team of over fifty dedicated prayer warriors who will lift your praise or prayer request up every day! If you would like for your joy or request to remain anonymous, just let us know, and we will respectfully withhold your name from the public. If you feel as though you need one-on-one prayer or would like to discuss your joy or need with a pastor, please indicate that in the form below, and Pastor Jake or another member of our leadership team will contact you as soon as possible!
